Our Demolition Process
STEP 1: Evaluate the site and obtain proper permits
STEP 2: Diagnose presence of hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold, etc.)
STEP 3: Decontaminate hazardous material from the structure
STEP 4: Gut the building to be demolished (during demolition not all material is sent to landfill, some material is recycled)
STEP 5: Demolish the building
STEP 6: Clean up the site
